I worked in a stressful and energy demanding job. I needed the extra help from keeping me from over-indulging in sugary junk food to keep me working through my day. On Monday night, I had only four hours of sleep because I was tossing and turning. How irritating is it when you're so exhausted at the end of the day that all you want to do is sleep, but when you finally get that chance, you just can't make it happen. My migraines are ALWAYS triggered by low barometric pressure. If it is overcast or foggy or going to rain in a couple of days, I always get a headache. Well, I took the first dose on Monday. Belly Be Gone really helped curb my appetite. It was really easy to do and take and I'm not really a pill taker. My hardest time of the day is the afternoons, because that is when I wanted to snack and snack and snack. This product really helped eliminate unnecessary snacking and kept me on track. I took the vitamin packet last night before bed. I never have problems sleeping and always sleep great…BUT, when I woke up this morning I have never slept BETTER! I don’t understand this but I am not complaining. I have always been so grateful for my good sleep.
